While the standard Pontiac Solstice came with a 177-hp 2.4L four-cylinder, the 2007 Solstice GXP TURBO took things to another level. It introduced GM’s first direct-injected, Turbocharged 2.0L Ecotec engine, producing 260 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque—nearly 50% more power than the base model. To handle the boost, the GXP also featured a stiffer suspension, larger brakes, a limited-slip differential, and unique styling cues, making it a true performance upgrade and one of the quickest Pontiacs ever built.
