🧠 Did you know?
The 2000 Plymouth Prowler is a modern hot rod icon that turns heads with its low-slung, open-wheel front design and sleek roadster silhouette. Powered by a 3.5L V6 engine producing 253 horsepower, it sends power through a 4-speed automatic transmission to the rear wheels, delivering a surprisingly nimble and responsive ride. Built on a steel and aluminum frame with an independent front suspension and rear multi-link setup, the Prowler blends lightweight performance with classic hot rod flair. Production in 2000 was extremely limited—only 2,746 units—making it one of the rarest late-era American roadsters. Its distinctive styling, with retro-futuristic cues, ghost flames, and chromed aluminum wheels, has cemented the Prowler as a bold statement of turn-of-the-millennium automotive audacity.
