Maintenance & Vehicle History
This LeSabre is reported to start easily, idle smoothly, and deliver the quiet, comfortable road manners Buick was known for. The power convertible top operates properly, while the power windows, factory radio, horn, wipers and blower motor are all reported to be in working order. Factory air conditioning is equipped but is currently disconnected. Although rust is visible in portions of the quarter panels and wheel openings, the underside is described as very solid. The Burgundy and White interior presents nicely and complements the car's classic color combination. Showing 110,360 miles, this LeSabre is an honest, driver-quality convertible that can be enjoyed as it is while offering the timeless appeal of a full-size American V8 drop top.

🧠 Did you know?
The 1975 Buick LeSabre Convertible holds a special place in Buick history because it was the last full-size Buick convertible ever produced. As changing safety regulations, rising insurance costs, and declining demand for convertibles reshaped the market, Buick discontinued the body style after the 1975 model year, ending an uninterrupted tradition of full-size drop-tops. Built on GM’s full-size B-body platform, the LeSabre Convertible combined Buick’s signature comfort with smooth V8 power, most commonly from the 350 cubic-inch V8, and featured a power-operated fabric top for effortless open-air cruising. A lesser-known fact is that many buyers believed 1975 would be the last year for American convertibles altogether, prompting a surge in sales across several brands. Although Cadillac and other manufacturers briefly revived convertibles years later, the 1975 LeSabre remains Buick’s final full-size factory convertible and a lasting symbol of the end of the classic American convertible era.
